A change in the mission of this blog.

Since the last post, a lot has happened to your humble Great Mogul. For starters, I got blocked from posting on Facebook. This would be bad as it is, but until now it's been my main means of contacting the outside world. So I'm sitting here downloading a free text/call app for my phone and deciding that Facebook needs no more of my business. It all started when I voiced some strident anti-racist opinions, like any decent human being in these times is wont to have to do. Of course, the Nazi snowflakes reported it to the racist Facebook mods, and of course the racist Facebook mods got real self-important about it and decided I needed a temporary ban.

I am not a child, and I will not be treated as such by Mark "White Power" Zuckerberg or his cronies. I don't need "counselling" about how we respect Nazis in public now. And I sure as hell don't need my personal data mined for the privilege. I started this blog to focus on cryptocurrencies, but now it's gonna be my all-purpose social media stand-in because I dropped a hundo on this bad boy and I will be goddamned if I don't use something I paid good money for instead of enriching the Zucc from here on out.

So let me tell you a little more about myself than I felt necessary to mention at first. I have very conflicting aspects to my life right now; I'm a cryptocurrency day trader and a Marxist-Leninist. If you read between the lines in past articles, you could have probably determined that; but I was deliberately trying to keep the crypto articles ideologically neutral for the most part. I think my greatest insight in that whole field is my Marxist class analysis, which bourgeois cryptonerds don't apply as thoroughly and which leads them into expensive mistakes. But outside of applying that, I didn't really mention it. I think I'll continue that policy for the crypto articles, and there will be more of them. But there's another type of article I think I'll be writing from here on out, and it's what I was writing on Facebook: Marxist class analyses of literally everything else. I was starting to have a following for it on Facebook, and I hope by putting them in this blog I'll extend my reach to the rest of the internet.

This was going to be inevitable anyway; I've been considering the necessity for Marxist-Leninist Leftbook to move off of Facebook in order to not have all our eggs in one basket. Zucc's racist company here just hastened that process for me. Of course, there's a lot that goes on on Facebook besides just reading posts; there's a sort of interaction that is currently not an enabled function on this blog. I have run plenty of forums in time past, and I'm considering creating one if the demand is high enough. I really hope it is, because continuing to enrich the Zucc is a theoretical error in the long term. Facebook was a good platform for radicalizing the masses in the first place, and for many of you that work will continue, but in the long run we need a more secure platform, we need to seize the institutions of the internet and that is nigh impossible on capitalist Facebook. I own this here institution, this blog, and I will dedicate it to the cause (as well as my day job, cryptocurrency).
